Isaac is a member of the CyberPro AI Advisory Board and a distinguished leader in technology, cybersecurity, and space innovation.

He currently serves as Director of the Blavatnik Interdisciplinary Cyber Research Center (ICRC) at Tel Aviv University and previously chaired the Israeli Space Agency. With a background in physics, mathematics, and philosophy, Isaac has played a key role in advancing Israel’s technological landscape through academic leadership, strategic consulting, and the founding of RAY-TOP, a defense technology advisory firm. He also sits on the boards of major organizations, guiding research and development initiatives across science, engineering, and cybersecurity sectors.
