Ruth is a member of the CyberproAI Advisory Board and a leading figure in science, education, and innovation, with decades of experience across the military, public, and academic sectors.

She currently serves as CEO of the Davidson Institute of Science Education, the educational arm of the Weizmann Institute of Science, and formerly held the position of CEO of the Open University of Israel. In 2018 was apponted the Executive Director of Strategy and Partnerships of the Israel National Cyber Directorate.

A retired Colonel from the IDF Intelligence Corps and Unit 8200, Ruth has led complex, large-scale initiatives and strategic transformations in both government and tech-driven environments. Her strengths lie in forging impactful cross-sector partnerships and driving innovation through collaborative leadership.
